Nashi was introduced to yoga in 2005 by her Pilates instructor as a tool to gain flexibility and destress from her stressful career. Her journey began with Bikram yoga. She really liked the challenging classes and began to practice regularly.
Nashi began to realize that there was more to the practice than flexibility. She soon discovered that peace, self-awareness and self-acceptance were significant benefits of Yoga. Upon learning this, she had a strong desire to teach others what she had found due to the positive impact it had on her life. She enrolled in her first teacher training spring of 2016 at Sin City Yoga in Las Vegas, NV.
Nashi is a 200-hr registered Yoga Alliance yoga instructor. She is also a certified Trauma Recovery and Kids Yoga instructor.
Nashi’s objective is to create a safe and welcoming space for her students who may not be extra bendy and to nurture their mind, body and spirit by finding balance; both on and off the mat. Nashi’s classes are full of positive energy, balanced with a challenge and relaxation. When she is not teaching yoga classes, Nashi enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying international cuisines.
Nashi teaches classes in local studios & gyms, online and private 1-on-1 sessions.
